1. Male and Female Milling Machine Tool Overview
This machine tool is a special machine tool designed and manufactured by our company according to the cold drawn elevator guide rail processing requirements and processing technology, which is specially used for the end faces of the cold-drawn elevator guide rails and the yin and yang grooves. The machine tool adopts double-station design, one station is the end face of the milled cold-drawn elevator rail, and one station is the male-female groove of the milling cold-drawn elevator guide rail. The machine tool holder is equipped with two knives at the same time.

5. Main Structure and Technical Features
The machine consists of milling head components, column carriage components, fixture components, base components, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems, electrical controls and other major components.
The milling head part of the machine tool is mounted on the column carriage. The box body is casted with high quality cast iron. The spindle end number is NO50, which is equipped with the cutter shaft and the hanging foot. The outer diameter of the cutter shaft is Φ50mm. The main motor power is 5.5kw, 4th grade, and the spindle speed is 100~200mm, which adopts frequency conversion speed regulation.
The machine tool column adopts steel parts and the carriages adopts cast iron parts, the column guide rails are in the form of “double mountains”, and the carriage rails are attached to the guide rails to ensure wear resistance. The on-board and lower-drive transmission adopts the servo motor to drive the ball screw drive through the reduction gear box, the transmission is reliable, and the maintenance rate is reduced.
The clamp is mounted on the base and is provided with three oil cylinders, one for each of the two transverse cylinders and one vertical cylinder. Two guide rails can be clamped on the clamp, one of which guides the end face and the other guides the mortise and tenon groove.
The column and fixture components are mounted on the base, the inside of the base is a cooling water tank, and the cooling pump is also mounted on the base.
The lubrication of the guide rail of the machine bed is realized by an automatic lubrication pump installed on the column, and it is automatically lubricated at the time of starting.
This machine is equipped with a hydraulic station control fixture cylinder, and the hydraulic station is selected by domestic famous manufacturers.
This machine tool uses PLC control, PLC selects Japanese Mitsubishi brand products. The servo motor and driver are selected from Guangzhou CNC products, and other major low-voltage components are selected from Suzhou Electric brand products.
